2. This agreement is purely for giving a commission on sales effected through referrals by the banner or links on affiliate's page. The terms, 'sponsor' or 'affiliate', does not imply any formal association with Nexus, and the sponsor/affiliate does not have any right on our products, logos or trademarks.

3. The sponsor/affiliate is not permitted to represent Nexus Technologies in any way other than displaying a banner on the web site. No accompanying text (except a link text) is to be displayed along with the banner.

4. We reserve the right to alter the rate of commission at any time without notice. Any credit accumulating after such change will be at the new rate. i.e. the sponsor/affiliate is not guaranteed to have the same rate as the one started with.

5. We reserve the right to change the product prices from time to time which may have an effect on the commission.

6. The commission will be credited only when the payment for the sale is cleared. If the buyer requests a refund at a later time, the original commission credited will be deducted.

7. We will not be responsible for any cookie failure that may result in the user's clicks going unregistered.

8. The commission will only become payable when the total amount equals or exceeds Rs. 500/US $50, and such payment will be through paypal or cheque in Pak Ruppe/US Dollars.

9. We will not accept responsibility for clearing the check at your financial institution.

10. Under exceptional circumstances we may, at our discretion, issue a check drawn on a non-US bank account, in non-US dollars, at the prevailing exchange rate.

11. We reserve the right to evaluate your site and terminate individual agreements after notification through E_mail. In such situations, our sole responsibility ends at issuing a payment corresponding to the outstanding amount in your credit. No explanation for the termination will necessarily be given.

12. We reserve the right to cancel the whole sponsor/affiliate program without notice. As in the previous case, if it happens all sponsors/affiliates will be issued with a payment corresponding to any outstanding amount in their credit.

13. Sponsor/affiliate's claims for amounts less than Rs. 500/US $50 will be entertained only at our discretion.

14. The sponsor/affiliate is not under any obligation to keep banners and/or text links to Nexus on their web site. However, removal of a banner or link may result in an immediate cessation of credit accumulation. No correspondence regarding the removal of banner is required or will necessarily be answered to by Nexus.

15. Any correspondence relating to loss of the cheque in mail, or inability to cash the cheque, must be notified within a reasonable time to let us decide on alternative payment method(s).

16. The sponsor/affiliate agrees not to make claims for outstanding credit, if the amount is less than Rs. 500/US $50.

17. Any tax liability on the amount of commission received will be the sponsor/affiliate's responsibility.

18. While it is up to the sponsor/affiliate to choose where the banner or text link should appear, it must not be placed on a page/position that can be defamatory or counter-productive to Nexus. If requested by us such banners and/or text links must be removed immediately.

19. Only the banners/icons/text links recommended or approved by Nexus may be used.

20. It should clearly be understood that a direct correlation between 'click-throughs' (soon verifiable through the online query form) and sales may not exist. All operations are automatic (or semi-automatic) and hence no valid sales referred by you will go unrecorded. E_mail correspondence regarding click through vs. sales will not be answered.

21. Important: Do not sending spam emails to advertise your affiliate account. In case spam is reported from you, your affiliate account will be terminated and no payment will be sent to you.
